- Letter from the Executive authorizing opening of the account and naming three members to sign on the group’s behalf
- Verifiable photo identification for signatories – Social Security Card or passport
- Specimen signatures of the signatories (to be provided to the offices)
- Initial Deposit of at least $11.00 for deposit accounts (Minimum Deposit - $5.00, Entrance Fee $1.00, Passbook - $5.00) 2.
- Changes to instructions for operating accounts of companies, co-operatives and organisations must be in writing to WCCCU.
