What is Online services & Mobile app?
Personal Online Services allows you to access your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With online services, you can:
- View real-time account balances
- Transfer funds within your account
- Transfer funds to someone else at WCCCU
- View your account activities
- Pay your utility bills
- Make check request
- Make statement requests
What types of accounts can I view with Online services & Mobile App?
With Online Services and the Mobile App, you can view all your WCCCU accounts, as well as loans.
Why am I signed off sometimes and I have to sign in again?
If Online Services or the Mobile App have been inactive for a period of time, Online Services may automatically sign you off to prevent unauthorized use of your accounts, and to prevent others from viewing your information.
Can I pay bills using Online Services & Mobile app?
Yes. You can make payments to the utility companies, DOMLEC & DOWASCO. This service saves you time and simplifies your busy life.
Can I transfer funds between my accounts?
Yes, you can transfer funds between any of your WCCCU accounts.
Why is my email address required?
Your email address is needed to ensure that you receive a notice upon registration and to email your password if you use the “Forgot Your Password” feature.
What should I do if my email address changes?
Kindly contact the WCCCU office to inform of the change.
How does the “Forgot your password” feature work?
If you should forget your password you can click on “Forgot Your Password”, enter required information and a temporary password will be sent to the email address you provided for us in a matter of minutes. Once you receive your temporary password, you are prompted to change your password. Changing your password is required for the security of your online account access.
Where can I find the Mobile app?
Is Online services and mobile app free?
When using the Online & Mobile App service, please note that there is no charge from WCCCU, but message and data rates may apply. Such charges include those from your mobile service provider.
What can I use Mobile Services for?
Our Mobile Application allows you to check your balance, look up recent transactions, pay bills and transfer money.
